The talent training base QJSOLAR College adheres to the philosophy of "Cultivating Virtue for a Far-reaching Future and Thriving Development in the Light". It has three major missions: supporting the organizational strategy, integrating the corporate culture, and building a talented team.

Currently, QJSOLAR College has launched three talent cultivation programs, namely the Jinghang Program, the Qihang Program, and the Huhang Program. By following the concept of "professional development + project-based operation + customer-oriented management," it has carefully designed the curriculum systems and teaching content. With over 80 class hours completed, a total of 241 employees have been trained on a targeted basis, including 75 under the Jinghang Program, 22 under the Qihang Program, and 114 under the Huhang Program.

Moreover, in the future, the college plans to launch the Xuhang Program and the Linghang Program to further strengthen the talent team. It is believed that the talent training base of QJSOLAR College will help to cultivate and select more outstanding talents and build a solid foundation for the company's long-term development.
