Since October 2021, the company has established close collaborations with the Kunming University of Science and Technology and several other national higher education institutions. By combining its deep industry background and market resources with the universities' strengths in scientific research, talent, and technology, QJSOLAR aims for mutual benefit. By establishing doctoral R&D workstations, initiating joint project declarations, and creating talent training bases, we explore cutting-edge new energy technologies, drive the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements, and contribute to the development of high-quality productivity.

With strength, we drive achievements of research

During the collaboration period, QJSOLAR completed technical research on the "G12 Monocrystalline Production Process Optimization" and the "Thermal Field Design of the Large-Size Monocrystalline Pullers Optimization", completed a major science and technology project funded by the Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Department (focusing on the development of key technologies and equipment for high-efficiency, large-size monocrystalline ingots), and has published 9 papers, including 5 SCI-indexed papers and 3 EI-indexed papers, applied for 23 patents, including 10 authorized invention patents and 10 utility model patents.

Deepen the Industry-University-Research Collaboration Cultivate High-level Talented Personnel

To date, the school-enterprise cooperation projects undertaken by QJSOLAR have resulted in 12 engineers, 30 technical personnel, and 1 doctoral degree holder trained. The cooperation with Kunming University of Science and Technology to complete the  "Xingdian Yingcai" program for training "industrial innovation talent" 1 person, promoting 1 professor and 8 master's degrees. Additionally, in the National Metallurgical Science and Technology Competition for University Students, 3 individuals were awarded the "Grand Prize".

Starting in the 1990s with 2 domestic pullers, QJSOALR embarked on the exploration of N-type products in 2002 and became the first company in China to develop N-type monocrystalline ingots. 5.What sizes of products does QJSOLAR offer?
QJSOLAR focuses on large-sized N-type wafers and provides wafers that cover the mainstream technologies in the PV industry, such as Topcon, HJT, and BC. The sizes include 210*210, 182.2*182.2, 210*182, 183.75*182.2, and it also supports customized services for diversified sizes such as rectangular wafers and half wafers.
